Though it seems to be almost dead around here, was looking through my old bookmarks and decided to take a peek. Oh how I miss my grumpy Vulpe and his giant scythe...

I look back fondly on my days in Mellus.
The teamwork, the comraderie, the crafting of epic storylines,running a crawl solo with Reyals and the regular dm interaction and events.
I continue to search for a game that gives me the same feeling of being part of a great community.

Hi all,

I check the forums every now and then, just wanted to say thanks for the good memories even though my character may never have been particularly favourable. I wanted to know is there any way I could get a particular users email to add to Facebook from the old days? I lost contact with the particular friend when their country dropped support all of a sudden and I never got the chance to say goodbye or continue contact, it was a sad day.

Looong time hope everyone is well had a heap of good times here

I come and check every few years, too! SN took up a large chunk of my teenage and early adulthood years, from when I was 13 years old until I was around 21, and I still think about it even though I'm 30 now. I met my husband on here (Zimloc/Azekial) who I now have a 7-year-old daughter with and this Halloween will be our 9th wedding anniversary. I made many friends, some who I was able to keep in contact with through Facebook and Discord while others I just lost contact with when MSN finally died and Skype became the new thing to use.

Overall, I miss SN and the people who played here. It was difficult to find a server, and even other games, which had the same feeling of community while offering freedom to do basically what you wanted to the degree that SN had, so we eventually stopped playing NWN a few years ago.
